Customer service is often the most overlooked, yet decidedly the most crucial, aspect of the sales process. Fortunately, returns processing, service, and asset recovery are all handled expeditiously by iful. The return process begins with a simple return authorization request through fax or email to iful's courteous and capable staff. Upon arrival of the product at the iful facility, with the preapproved RA number, the RA will be matched with the returned product and a credit will be issued to the customer or account promptly and accurately.
