Where the rubber meets the road

The iful Distribution Center completes the sales process. Orders flow into our Distribution Center through various methods, including EDI, email, fax, and telephone. The manufacturer produces and positions the product, the reseller brings it to market and generates the sale, and, finally, iful delivers it to the customer to successfully complete the sales chain. Since 1982, we have worked to develop a seamless and efficient relationship with the US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. At the iful Distribution Center, the size, weight, and destination of each order is analyzed to determine the fastest and most cost-effective method of shipping. We realize, however, that it takes more than simply shipping the order within 24 hours to satisfy our client's needs—it requires immediate customer feedback, support, and sales tracking information.
